Body reflexes have many meanings. Not only do they protect the tissues and help us to improve different skills, they also work as a marker for nervous functions. Come along to find out how many reflexes can you discover from your own body, including some ones you didn’t know you had!
In this class we’ll cover basic information of body reflexes, their normal function, meaning and benefits. We’ll find certain reflexes from your own body, and discover how to read reflexes as a sign of diseases.
Mari has a Masters of Science degree in Biology, and is a teacher and personal trainer. She’s been teaching human anatomy and physiology and science for over 10 years. Teaching is her passion and she’s currently working as a health care trainer and marketer in Singapore.
