Confused if it was a red or white that compliments a slab of steak? Take this 75 minute class to get the low down on how to talk about and taste wines. In a single class we’ll go from a wine novice to a dinner party hero, with a few good glasses along the way.
An introductory, informal wine appreciation class, this session covers the basics about grape varieties and wine styles. We will be tasting four types of wines; two whites and two reds.
Zachary Tay has been in the food and beverage industry since he was 14. It was in Switzerland where he was first exposed to wine, where he studied and worked at a 14 Gault Millau point restaurant.
