During the session we will go through basic human mechanics of both the upper and lower body and explain how a lack of good mechanics can predispose you to common injuries of the modern lifestyle. We’ll spend time understanding how you move and practising some foundation movements that will help prevent injuries in both daily function and sporting performance.
