Learn how to produce beautiful handmade chocolates and find out more about the fascinating history and science behind chocolate making.
The class covers the tricky process of tempering chocolate, making ganache filling and chocolate truffles, and creating chocolate art pieces. Leela will also share her insights on how to produce beautiful chocolate items in your own home, along with lots of helpful hints and tips. The class will be a mix of hands-on activities and demonstration. Participants will get to take their chocolate creations home at the end of the class.
Leela Titus is a chocoholic lawyer turned chocolatier. She established Leela’s Fine Chocolates in Singapore almost 2 years ago to share her passion for all things chocolate and provide luxury hand-made chocolates to the Singapore market.
